Additional conditions for registering a .us domain

1. U.S. Nexus Requirement and other Policies
   In order to qualify to register and maintain its use of a Registered Name, you must meet the U.S. Nexus requirements as set forth in the 'usTLD Nexus Requirements' document on the usTLD website (http://nic.us/policies/docs/ustld_nexus_requirements.pdf)
   
   You also agree to the usTLD Nexus Dispute Policy published on usTLD website (http://nic.us/policies/docs/nexus_dispute_policy.pdf).
   
   In addition, you agree to abide by all policies established from time-to-time by the usTLD Administrator Neustar Inc. and published on the usTLD website (http://nic.us/policies/index.html)
   
   
2. Use of Data / Government Use of Data
   You understand and agree that the U.S. Government shall have the right to use, disclose, reproduce, prepare derivative works, distribute copies to the public, and perform publicly and display publicly, in any manner and for any purpose whatsoever and to have or permit other to do so, all Data provided by Registrant. For purposes of this Section, "Data" means any recorded information, and includes without limitation, technical data and computer software, regardless of the form or the medium on which it may be recorded.
   
   
3. Accuracy of Information
   You hereby certify that (a) all data provided by Registrant in the domain name registration application is true, correct, up to date and complete (b) Neustar Inc. or CSL GmbH will maintain and update, by providing notice to you pursuant to this Agreement, the information contained in the domain name registration application as needed to keep such data true, correct, up to date and complete at all times.
   
   
4. Indemnity
   You shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless CSL GmbH, NeuStar, Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, affiliates, and stockholders from and against any and all claims, suits, actions, other proceedings, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses of any kind, including without limitation reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or relating to your (a) domain name registration and (b) use of any Registered Name. This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination, expiration or cancellation of the Agreement.
   
   
5. Modifications to Terms and Conditions
   Except as otherwise provided in these Terms & Conditions, you agree that Neustar Inc. may: (a) revise the Terms & Conditions as published on http://nic.us/policies/index.html; and/or (b) change part of the Service at any time. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective 30 days after posting the revised Terms and Conditions or change to the Service on Neustar's web site (http://nic.us/policies/index.html). You agree to periodically review Neustar's Web sites, including the current version of these Terms & Conditions available on Neustar's Web sites, and to be aware of any such revisions. If you do not agree with any revision to the Terms & Conditions, you may terminate your registration by so notifying CSL GmbH. Notice of termination will be effective on receipt and processing by CSL GmbH. If you terminate pursuant to this provision, any fees paid by you are nonrefundable.
   
   
6. Domain Name Dispute Policy
   If you reserved or registered a .us domain name through CSL GmbH, you agree to be bound by usTLD Administrator's current domain name dispute policy (http://nic.us/policies/docs/usdrp.pdf ) that is incorporated herein and made a part of this Agreement by reference. Please take the time to familiarize yourself with that policy. In addition, you hereby acknowledge that you have read and understood and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the policies of the usTLD Administrator as documented on its website, http://www.neustar.us, as they may be amended from time to time, and which are hereby incorporated and made an integral part of this Agreement.
   
   
7. Domain Name Dispute Policy Modifications
   You agree that usTLD Administrator Neustar Inc., in it's sole discretion, may modify it's dispute policy. usTLD Administrator will post any such revised policy on it's Web site (http://nic.us/policies/index.html) at least thirty (30) calendar days before it becomes effective. You agree that, by maintaining the reservation or registration of your domain name after modifications to the dispute policy become effective, you have agreed to these modifications. You acknowledge that if you do not agree to any such modification, you may terminate this Agreement. We will not refund any fees paid by you if you terminate your Agreement with us.
   
   
8. Reservations
   CSl GmbH and usTLD Administrator Neustar Inc. reserve the right to refuse, delete or transfer registrations at their discretion if necessary to maintain orderly operation of the registry, comply with statutory or official regulations, on the instruction of a public prosecutor, within the framework of the above regulations or to avoid civil or criminal liability of CSL GmbH or usTLD Administrator Neustar Inc. or their employees. CSL GmbH and usTLD Administrator Neustar Inc. also reserve the right to "freeze" a .us domain during current proceedings.
   
   
9. Data Privacy Policy
   You accept, that after registering a .us domain your personal contact data may be published in part or in its entirety in public Whois of nic.us. Please find more information at nic.us
