UDRP Decisions

When an arbitrator decides that a domain is to be transferred to the owner of a trademark, this transfer must be initiated by the new owner.
If the proceeding of UDRP is suspended and the involved parties have an agreement to change the owner of the domain, i.e. transfer the domain, the same process must be initiated. In all cases, please add documentation explaining the special reason when sending the request to Joker.com.
Note, that during the UDRP proceeding, even if suspended, no "normal" owner change without additional documentation is possible.

Please also consider ICANN:UDRP.
You will find the Joker.com procedure in Domain - Owner Change.
