Who is a Domain Registrant? A domain Registrant, also known as a domain owner , is an individual or organization that has registered and legally owns a specific domain name. The domain Registrant is the entity that has the right to use and control the domain name for a specified period of time, typically through a contract with a domain Registrar. When registering a domain name, the domain Registrant provides their contact information , including their name, address, phone number, and email address, to the domain Registrar.
