Note that some characters are not allowed in IDNs. That is dependent on the top-level domain.
IDN domains contain special characters and as such they have to be encoded in "Punycode" so that the
registration succeeds. This means that they will be shown/resolved as desired in browsers but their look
in PUNYCODE will be different. Encoded IDN domains could be easily recognized because they start with the "xn--" prefix.
